GEORGIA PEDIATRIC PROGRAM GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program) is a Medicaid program that provides services to medically fragile children, under 21 years of age, in need of daily living assistance and skilled nursing care at NO COST to the family.

GAPP Approval Process
New Life Private Care is a Georgia Pediatric Provider (GAPP) provider and will handle the entire GAPP approval process to get you approved easily and stress-free!
1. We come out to your home to sign consent paperwork and gather other required information
2. New Life Private Care submits all paperwork to GAPP (GAPP has up to 30 days to approve)
3. New Life Private Care will receive a decision from GAPP and contact you to schedule the Start of Care or to discuss the appeal process
